The parties to this agreement “Terms of Use” are you, the visitor (“Site Visitor”) to www.clariorlaw.com (“Site”) that is owned and operated by Clarior Law (“Law Office”).

Limited Liability and Disclaimers

The Law Office makes not claims as the accuracy of the material posted on this Site and waives any liability for consequential damages that result from the information contained herein.  The information provided on This Site is informational only and not intended to be relied upon.  The Site Visitor should speak with an attorney licensed to handle their particular case and not rely on the information contained herein.  Also, there is always a potential that this Site may get hacked and the Law Office waives any liability for such an attack should it occur.

This Site is exempted from any state law liability because this Site makes good faith efforts to restrict access to the availability of material that the service provider subjectively considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law

The Terms of Use are governed the laws of the State of Utah.  Any claim arising out of the use of this Site will be handle according to the laws of the State of Utah.

The Terms of Use may, from time-to-time, be modified.  Modifications to the Terms of Use will be posted here.

Assignment

The Terms of Use are not assignable.  This agreement is only between the Site Visitor and the Law Office.
