• Family Law Litigation:  representation in high-stakes marital dissolution, asset-division and spousal‐support disputes, as well as related family wealth and inheritance questions.

• Transactions – drafted and negotiated numerous types of transactions including intellectual property, technical, ecommerce, and antitrust considerations
